Additionally, Kyle completed over $300 million in high-rise, multi-family residential construction in Chicago while serving in various roles for Lend Lease, Inc.ĭuring his career, Kyle has managed a number of facets of the development and construction lifecycle including underwriting, preconstruction, project management, procurement, scheduling, quality control, safety, project closeout, and asset management.Ī 2007 graduate of Northwestern University where he played on the Varsity Men’s Soccer team, Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. where he led project management efforts on over $50 million in capital expenditures, development, and redevelopment projects. Aaron has also previously held positions as Director of Capital Markets at The Carlton Group in New York, and as a Director of a $4.2 billion mezzanine debt fund with the Blackstone Group in New York.Īaron earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University. Additionally, Aaron was also involved in the development and lease-up of “the Bloc”, a $500 million mixed use development in downtown Los Angeles, CA. During his time at National he worked on their “East Market” project, a $600 million 4 acre mixed use development in Center City, Philadelphia. He has successfully closed on more than $700 million in development opportunities across the country since joining Landmark.Īaron previously worked for National Real Estate Development, the development arm of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers pension fund. His responsibilities include site sourcing, underwriting new opportunities, overseeing design development, securing equity and debt capital, managing entitlements and closing. Jason and his wife, Andrea, live in Athens with their three daughters.Īaron joined Landmark as a Development Manager in 2018 and as of 2021, is now a Director in our Student Housing group. In this role, Jason is responsible for structuring acquisitions, overseeing the entitlement process, design and engineering of new developments, as well as working with Landmark’s debt and equity partners to secure appropriate capital for development opportunities. Jason joined Landmark Properties in 2010 and is responsible for identifying development opportunities throughout the US in university markets. ![]() James lives in Athens with his wife Jessica, daughter, Britten, and son, Bronson. He is an active real estate broker in GA, TN, and NC, a member of the Athens Area Homebuilders Association and Athens Chamber of Commerce. James was appointed by Governor Kemp to Co-Chair the Georgians First Commission, served as the Board Chairman of the Athens Boys and Girls Club and serves on the University of Georgia’s Student Affairs Advisory Board.
